Q: What is Ultimate Terror Scream Park?

A: Ultimate Terror Scream Park is Sacramento’s largest Halloween event. Ultimate Terror is open for 26 nights in October and features 3 absolutely spectacular haunted houses. Ultimate Terror Scream Park has been seen on CBS, ABC, FOX, and has been named the ‘Best in the West’ by Forbes.

Q: Where is parking?

A: Parking is free and on-site.

Q: Are the attractions handicap accessible?

A: Yes.

Q: When are lines the shortest?

A: Lines are shortest on Thursdays, Sundays, and right at the opening time of 7pm. Additionally, you can skip the general admission lines by purchasing Fast Pass Admission or Immediate Admission.

Q: Will bad weather close the event?

A: No. The event is 100% indoors.

Q: Is there an age minimum for the event?

A: The attractions are not recommended for children under the age of 13. Children under 13 should arrive with an adult.

Q: Am I allowed to wear a costume?

A: Costumes are permitted, except for oversized costumes and handheld items such as plastic (or real) weapons.

Q: If I enter the event near closing time, will I still be able to enter all attractions?

A: Yes. The event will remain open until every customer in line has been able to go through all attractions.

Q: What is Fast Pass Admission?

A: Fast Pass Admission includes access to everything at Ultimate Terror Scream Park and allows you to use the Fast Pass Admission line to get into the haunted houses faster. Purchase Fast Pass Admission on the Ticketing Page.

Q: What is Immediate Admission?

A: Immediate Admission includes access to everything at Ultimate Terror Scream Park and allows you to skip both the General Admission line and the Fast Pass line so that you skip right to the front. Quantities are limited and will sell out, so purchase these tickets early on the Ticketing Page.

Q: Where can I get tickets?

A: Purchase tickets on the Ticketing Page or with cash only at the door. An ATM is on-site.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: There are no refunds or exchanges allowed for this event.

Q: Is there another location?

A: Yes. Be sure to check out our other locations and partner locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Detroit, Indianapolis, and Atlanta.

Q: What is Glow Stick Fright Nights?

A: You and your friends get only one glow stick to survive all three haunted houses at Ultimate Terror Scream Park. The lights have been shut off. This special event is only open Nov 1st and 2nd 2019.

Q: Are there discounts for large groups?

A: Yes, Ultimate Terror Scream Park offers 20% off for groups of size 20-49 and 30% off for groups of size 50 or more. These group discounts must be purchased at least 48 hours in advance. Please contact info@screamparkcalifornia.com.
